lately on tour, other than me clutching my coffee for dear life, it’s been a right circus behind the scenes.
there’s always a driver waiting, flight to catch, mic check happening somewhere, and at least one person asking where the hell i’ve disappeared to. glamorous life indeed.
and i, obviously, very much aware that i’m terribly bad at shuttin up when i look this good.
and the worst part is, i know i’m going to be insufferable about it for the foreseeable future. heaven forbid a single strand should dare to misbehave after all this.
back off, emily. there’s a new blonde in paris and, bless your heart, she hasn’t come to steal your job at agence grateau.
i’m afraid my professional expertise begins and ends with knowing what looks good on me, and where to get a decent coffee.
back to back flights, a schedule with absolutely no regard for human biology, and approximately two functioning brain cells takin turns at the wheel.
but did that stop me from touchin down on french soil like i had a personal appointment with the city? absolutely bloody not.
@RPWORLDFESS i think, it also depends on the person. and as for me, i love to do both at the same time! yk, doing something that feel rather familiar is always great. but obv, we gotta get in touch with something new too from time to time.
anw, let’s be friend.
