@DoT_India@Airtel_Presence has removed all ways for its customers to reach human via IVR. Very terrible customer service. Need @DoT_India your intervention here. The duopoly is resulting in poor experience from the telecom giants.
@Airtel_Presence your app doesn’t have any option for requesting a disconnection and all your IVR options say go to app. There’s no option to dish to human. I’m struggling to close a connect for last 1 and a half months.
