Was geht da am Russischen Haus in Berlin vor sich?
Warum werden dort plötzlich große Paketmengen hinein- und herausgeschoben? Ist das vermeintliche „Haus der Kultur“ neuerdings zum Postbetrieb geworden?
Weit gefehlt. Es ist längst offiziell eine Poststelle – und zwar nach eigener Darstellung die einzige offizielle Auslandsniederlassung der russischen Staatspost weltweit. Mitten in unserer Hauptstadt. ☝️

Vor dem Russischen Haus beobachtet @HenryLindo123 seit einigen Tagen eine sprunghafte Zunahme der Paketmengen. Fotos zeigen voll beladene Transportwagen vor dem Gebäude.

Ein Schelm, der Böses dabei denkt: Ausgerechnet jetzt fliegt durch ukrainische Angriffe ein Logistikzentrum des russischen Onlinehändlers Wildberries nach dem anderen in die Luft.

Ob die wachsenden Paketberge in Berlin damit zusammenhängen und nun aus Deutschland Waren nach Russland geschickt werden, die dort in Rauch aufgegangen sind, lässt sich bislang nicht belegen. Naheliegend ist die Frage trotzdem:

Werden ausgefallene Lieferketten nun verstärkt aus Deutschland bedient? Gehen Waren, Ersatzteile oder andere Güter über Berlin nach Russland – vor den Augen deutscher Behörden, die einmal mehr lieber nicht so genau hinsehen?

Die Postannahmestelle befindet sich schließlich im Russischen Haus, also in der Berliner Außenstelle von Rossotrudnitschestwo. Diese russische Bundesbehörde steht seit Juli 2022 auf der EU-Sanktionsliste. Ihre Vermögenswerte müssen eingefroren bleiben; ihr dürfen grundsätzlich weder Gelder noch wirtschaftliche Ressourcen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Die Paketabfertigung dürfte kaum kostenlos erfolgen. Deshalb stellen sich sehr konkrete Fragen:

Wer kassiert die Versandgebühren? Fließen Miete, Provisionen oder andere Zahlungen an das Russische Haus oder seinen Betreiber? Wer stellt Räume, Personal, Strom und Infrastruktur bereit? Was befindet sich in den Sendungen, wer sind die Empfänger – und wie genau werden diese Warenströme kontrolliert?

Die Fotos beweisen weder einen Zusammenhang mit Wildberries noch automatisch einen Sanktionsverstoß. Aber die zeitliche Koinzidenz und der sprunghaft wachsende Paketumschlag an genau diesem Ort sind zu auffällig, um sie mit einem Schulterzucken abzutun.

Zumal Medien Anfang 2026 über ein deutsches „Schattenpost“-Netz berichteten, über das unter anderem sanktionierte Elektronik, Bargeld und Schmuck nach Russland gelangt sein sollen. Bei Testsendungen konnten mit GPS ausgestattete Pakete bis nach Russland verfolgt werden.

Eine offizielle Niederlassung der russischen Staatspost im Haus einer sanktionierten russischen Bundesbehörde war schon bisher erklärungsbedürftig. Spätestens jetzt müssen Zoll, Bundesbank und Staatsanwaltschaft offenlegen, auf welcher rechtlichen Grundlage dieser Betrieb läuft und ob dort gerade jemand sehr eilig versucht, ausgefallene russische Lieferketten aus Deutschland zu ersetzen.

Die Bundesregierung hätte durchaus einen Hebel: Sie kann das sogenannte Tätigkeitsabkommen bis zum 6. Dezember 2026 kündigen. Dieses Abkommen regelt, was Russland in dem Gebäude überhaupt als Kultur- und Informationszentrum betreiben darf.

Das 99-jährige Nutzungsrecht am Gebäude ist ein anderes Abkommen. Es zwingt Deutschland aber nicht dazu, den Betrieb einer sanktionierten russischen Behörde samt kommerzieller Infrastruktur politisch auf ewig hinzunehmen.

We called on the U.S. Department of Justice to hand over the full Epstein files to the UN Special Rapporteurs and UN independent committees for investigations, as this is an international case of crimes against humanity. But the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the UN's top human rights official didn't even care to open an investigation or listen to our call for the DoJ, nor utter a single word regarding the largest human trafficking network in modern history.

Epstein pedophiles are investigating Epstein files. We wonder why nobody arrested. Jeffery Epstein has every major politicians and billionaires on video doing something terrible to a child or to multiple people.

THOUSANDS have been arrested for criticizing Zionism. THOUSANDS have been arrested for social media posts. ZERO have been arrested for raping children.

The Epstein files is never really about just a "list." It is about children raped by powerful men, and a system that let them get away with it.

The bottom line here is the world system has become so corrupt that the time has come I think to clean the crap out of the stables and start over.

The Epstein files is about protecting children. There's no greater cause. If people can't unite over children being raped and abused there's no hope for humanity.

As Ukraine prepares for the coming winter, Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi and the Ministry of Defense face a brutal reality: Russia is planning a two-front winter escalation, and the window to act is closing fast.

While last winter was one of the hardest of the war, the upcoming season could be significantly worse if Ukraine and its allies fail to anticipate Moscow's next moves.

Although the Russian military is stalled across much of the front and its economy is under severe strain, Putin remains committed to total victory. Desperation will drive escalation. Moscow is assembling a realistic worst-case scenario that combines severe infrastructure strikes with new ground offensives designed to stretch Ukrainian forces to their breaking point.

First, Russia is aggressively stockpiling ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and strike drones. This winter, Moscow will possess more long-range firepower than last year, while Ukraine faces a critical shortage of air defense interceptors. If Russia successfully disables heating, electricity, and water networks during sub-zero temperatures, the humanitarian toll will be catastrophic. Western allies must immediately scale PAC interceptor procurements, expand European production lines, buy global second-hand interceptors, and fund Ukraine's domestic air defense development and manufacturing. Ukraine also urgently needs more generators and spare parts to ensure rapid energy repairs.

Second, Putin needs to break the front stalemate. Russia is likely preparing for another mobilization wave following September elections (or later), alongside efforts to secure more North Korean troops and pressure Belarus into greater involvement. Opening a new northern front toward Kyiv or northwestern Ukraine would force Kyiv to divert elite units from the east and south, opening fatal gaps in defense.

To withstand this double pressure, Ukraine will need to increase its monthly mobilization rates, while allies must provide the funding required to equip these new units.

Time is running out, and both Ukraine and its international partners must prepare for this worst-case scenario today

We have comprehensive intelligence reports on Russia’s plans for the fall. Putin is preparing the conditions for expanding mobilization. His casualty figures speak for themselves. In less than seven months this year, 221,000 people have joined the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces.
