Yesterday, while driving from Varanasi to Delhi on the Ganga Expressway, I witnessed something I will never forget.
An i10 had crashed into a truck after what seemed to be a tyre burst. four people were trapped inside, fighting for their lives. Without thinking twice, I stopped. It took nearly 10 minutes to break open the rear door with a metal rod and rescue an elderly lady. The front door wouldn't open, so we broke the windshield to pull the others out. All were soaked in blood, It was a sight no one should ever have to witness.
A couple in their 50s and few passersby also stopped to help. Together, we did everything we could. As the ambulance was delayed, I carried the injured into my car and drove until we met it halfway. Before leaving, I made sure all their belongings reached them safely.
After almost one and a half hours, I continued my journey. Later, I learned that all had survived. That one piece of news made every second of that rescue worth it. Life can change in a matter of seconds. Please inspect your vehicle before every long trip. Don't ignore worn tyres, unusual sounds, or warning signs. Reach a little late if you have to, but reach safely.
Please Help when you can. One day, it could be you or someone you love waiting for a stranger to stop.

🚨A Bright Young Topper Ended Her Life While Society Stayed Indifferent - Raise Your Voice for Justice 🙏
पीड़ा :" मेरे साथ बहुत गलत हुआ है ,
A 22-year-old meritorious student, Srishti Mishra from Lodha Purwa village in Ajaygarh tehsil, Panna district, Madhya Pradesh, topped her BSc exams and ended her life the very next day by consuming poison.
She had been suffering months of blackmail and sexual harassment by a local youth named Barkhu Thakur.
In her final video recorded before suicide, she broke down in tears, saying her life was completely destroyed and she could no longer face her family.
Barkhu Thakur has been arrested on the basis of her suicide note, chat records, and the video evidence.
This is not just a personal tragedy.
It is a failure of the system that could not protect a bright, hardworking girl from continuous harassment despite her clear distress
IIT Delhi to IIM Bangalore to IAS. I got the best education my country had to offer. It taught me how to crack tough exams and manage big responsibilities. But it never taught me how to quiet my own mind or handle loneliness. We spend many years learning how to achieve, but not a single day learning how to be happy.
My thoughts on what is missing in school education.
Emotional Regulation:
We memorized the periodic table, but no one explained the chemistry of a broken heart. School demanded we stay quiet, confusing silence with peace. Now, we don't know how to host our own storms without drowning in them. We feel lost because we were taught to suppress, not to process.
Deep Communication:
We were taught to write perfect essays, but not how to say "I’m hurting" or "No." While there is a strong emphasis on communication, we are not taught the vocabulary of the adult life. There is no course on how to stand our ground in face of bullying by a boss or how to protect our work boundaries by saying 'No'
Critical Thinking:
In school, the person with the most answers won. In life, the person with the most questions survives. This is the reason many adults can repeat opinions confidently without ever questioning where those opinions came from. We are told everything as the gospel truth. So we end up just following blindly
Financial Literacy:
We spent years learning maths and solving for x, but never learned how to keep ourselves from falling in a debt trap. Money isn't just about math; it’s about the dignity of choice. We do not learn how to use debt effectively without it controlling our freedom. How impulsive spending compounds over time, or how money affects stress, relationships, and mental peace. Financial literacy is missing because education often focuses on earning money someday, not managing it wisely once it arrives.
Self-Discipline
School is a world of bells and schedules. Someone else always tells you what to do and when. But adulthood is a world of total silence. We feel stuck because we were never taught how to push ourselves without a teacher watching. Discipline is simply the habit of keeping promises to yourself. This is a habit many of us are lacking
Handling Loneliness
In school, you are always shrouded by people. You never realize how loud the silence of adulthood can be until you’re in it. We feel lonely because we weren't taught how to be our own best friends. Peace is learning that being alone doesn't mean being lonely. It is a sacred space, not a sign of being unwanted.
Reading People
School is a time of innocence where friendships are often given to you. But as we go along, not everyone retains that purity. We feel cheated because we weren't taught to see the hidden intentions or the masks people wear. Reading people is the quiet wisdom of seeing the truth behind the words.
Mental Health Maintenance
We have gym class for our bodies, but nothing for our souls. We are taught to push through exhaustion to finish a project, which is exactly how we end up in burnout. Honoring your nervous system is the only way to make sure the light inside you doesn't go out. We should know when we are dealing with a stressor and unable to handle it anymore. We should know when to reach out for help if we feel that we are drowning in that distress
Knowing Yourself
We spend years trying to be the "best" student, only to realize we don't know who we are without a gold medal. We are left inadequate because we studied every subject except our own souls. The ultimate education is discovering what truly matters to you before the world tells you what to want.
I can’t watch this video without crying. Government ke aage haath jodne se ab shayad kuch hone waala nahi hai ... let’s first help those who genuinely need it.

Dainik Bhaskar’s journalist Mahima Singh did what many are scared to do, she exposed the DARK reality of “orchestra groups”
> Massive police action in Siwan & Saran against illegal orchestra networks linked to exploitation & trafficking.
> 21 minor girls rescued in Siwan during raids on illegal orchestra setups.
> Separate crackdown in Saran: 15 minor girls rescued from 6 orchestra groups in just one night operation.
> Victims were trafficked from multiple states like West Bengal, Assam, Odisha, UP & Punjab.
> Girls forced to dance on obscene songs late night, often without proper payment.
> Survivors revealed physical abuse, violence & exploitation, many had visible injury marks.
> These orchestra groups are not just “entertainment”, they are part of a larger trafficking network.
> Police + Anti-Human Trafficking Unit + NGOs conducted coordinated midnight raids across multiple locations.
> Multiple arrests made, including orchestra owners; FIR under POCSO, JJ Act & trafficking laws.
> Rescued minors shifted to child care homes for rehabilitation & counselling.
What looks like “dance orchestra culture” is often a front for organised exploitation of minors.
This crackdown just scratched the surface.
A deeply disturbing incident has come to light from Bengaluru. A former army officer and his wife allegedly called a Muslim man a “terrorist” and a “Pakistani.”
However, when residents of the apartment confronted them and reminded them that this is India , where people of all religions live together with love and equality. they questioned why he was being labeled in such a manner.
Following strong objections from the residents, the ex-army officer and his wife eventually apologized.
This is exactly how hate should be dealt with.

Here’s to Mukesh Chhabra, the man who saw Dhurandhar long before I truly did.
There are people who come into a film and do their job and then there are people who quietly reshape the film itself. Mukesh was the latter.
From the very first narration, he believed in the scale, the ambition, the sheer possibility of Dhurandhar far more than I did.
Where I was cautious, he was fearless. Where I was thinking within limits, he pushed me to think bigger, not just in numbers, but in depth, in detail, in truth.
The casting of this film was never going to be easy. The sheer number of actors, the range of characters, the responsibility of getting every single face right, it was overwhelming.
But Mukesh and his team just went all guns blazing. My only brief to him was simple: bring me great actors, new or old, big or small, it doesn’t matter. And he turned that into a mission.
What followed were endless days and nights, sitting together, breaking down every character, debating, exploring, rejecting, discovering. Conversations that didn’t feel like work but like building something brick by brick with absolute honesty.
For him, casting was never about filling roles, it was about finding people who belonged. Even for the smallest part, he went just as deep, just as far, making sure every person on screen felt real, lived-in, and true to the world.
But beyond the craft, what I found in him was something even more rare, a friend, a well-wisher, a brother. Someone who stood by the film with complete faith, even when mine wavered.
I truly hope this film makes people realise the power of casting, one of the most crucial, yet often overlooked aspects of filmmaking.
It can make a film or break it.
And it’s unfortunate that our industry still doesn’t celebrate casting directors the way it should.
This film carries your choices in every single frame Mukesh!
Endless gratitude, respect and love for you.❤️
