I would never say that Carney or any other Prime Minister shouldn't have caviar, champagne, quinoa salad, Chilean sea bass, or anything else on a flight.

What I am saying, though, is that taxpayers shouldn't be expected to pay for it. If their tastes are SO opulent that they need to have those things in order to feel important, that's fine; but they can pay for it themselves.

They should have a reasonable amount covered ($100/person?) plus the provision costs (which.... we need a better method of delivery for these clowns!) and anything beyond that can be paid for by them. They are filthy rich, so they can buy their own fucking caviar.
