@bt_uk tell me how you can suddenly cancel an order today (VOLO13-862204955573) order dated 6/6 with no explanation or prospect of any resolution, referred to openreach who refer us back to you as the so called service provider - annoyed is an understatement 😡

@bt_uk They don’t!! been on phone this morning and it doesn’t get resolved how can you cancel the order two days before a third visit from an engineer with no resolution and i am still paying full price. An absolute abominable service
