RDDT provides advertiser access to unique users [10% of RDDT's users not active on any of the other 5 largest social platforms]. The nature of RDDT's engagement creates interest graphs that more effectively inform targeting and down-funnel opptys in comparison to other social platforms. 88% of RDDT users increased or at least maintained their time / engagement YoY which was highest among peers and 65% of users leverage RDDT for product research [higher than any other platform]. RDDT is focused on developing lower-funnel objectives, most prominently through the expansion of shopping ads, and see a $1.2B revenue oppty by 2030. We found that RDDT’s oppty to expand monetization is huge closing a 70% discount in rev per user vs. peers. We believe RDDT can deliver ~20% upside to '27 consensus if its digital advertising market share expands at the same pace as historical internet peers. We reiterate RDDT as our Top Pick and see the 40% YTD pullback as a compelling buying opportunity.

fwiw, if $RDDT did beat current CY2027 sell-side ebitda estimates by 20%... it means $RDDT is now trading at less than 10x CY2027 ev/ebitda with ebitda growing at 61% CAGR for the next 2 years... with $2.5B of cash and $0 debt.

IMO, $RDDT is -50% undervalued right now.

US ALLOWING IRANIAN OIL TANKERS THROUGH HORMUZ

The U.S. is allowing Iranian oil tankers to pass through the Strait of Hormuz to help maintain global supply, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Monday in an interview with CNBC.

Tanker traffic has fallen after Iranian attacks on commercial ships in the Persian Gulf, but Iran continues exporting about 1.5 million barrels of oil per day through the route.

Bessent said traffic could increase before U.S. and allied naval forces begin escorting commercial vessels. Some tankers bound for India and possibly China have already left the Gulf.

BYD CRUSHES TESLA IN EUROPE EV RACE

BYD is rapidly gaining ground in Europe, with January registrations surging 165% year-on-year to 18,242 vehicles, boosting its market share to 1.9%.

Meanwhile, Tesla continues to lose momentum, with registrations falling 17% to 8,075 and market share dropping to 0.8%.

The gap highlights a growing divergence: BYD’s expansion—driven by both electric and hybrid models—is accelerating, while Tesla’s Europe performance keeps declining.

Despite a slight drop in overall EU car sales, electric vehicles are gaining traction, now making up 19.3% of the market, reinforcing the long-term shift to electrification.
