A 94-year-old Israeli woman says Hamas terrorists rapes and murdered her granddaughter in front of her.
She says:
“I want it to stop replaying in my head”
My dad, who is a moderate Muslim, finally expressed his concern and asked me, 'Why are you supporting this genocide?'
He mentioned that he's stopped looking at his phone because he can no longer bear to watch videos of Palestinian children being bombed by Israel.
I replied, 'I empathize with the suffering, and it's not easy for me either.'
Then I showed him a photo, and we both agreed on the gravity of the situation in Palestine.
I then informed him that the photo was actually of a Yemeni child pulled from the rubble resulting from a Saudi bombing in Yemen.
I pointed out that Israel has allegedly killed 7,000 Palestinians, while the Saudis have killed at least 150,000 Yemeni Muslims. Some estimates suggest upto 300,000.
How can we call the current conflict a 'genocide' when what the Saudis did is hardly even discussed by Muslims? Don’t get me started on 200,000 Muslims killed by Bashar Al Asad in Syria.
He responded that if that's the case, he also disagrees with what the Saudis did. I replied, 'How convenient. Nearly half a MILLION fellow Muslims have been killed by other Muslims, and you didn't even know about it. Yet when Israel retaliates against a terrorist organization that has killed, raped, and maimed 1,500 of its citizens, the whole Muslim world reacts?'
It seems to have less to do with preserving Muslim lives and more to do with a religious fantasy of hostility toward Jews.
On Tuesday morning I returned to Israel from Tokyo via Bangkok. ✈️
Before boarding the plane from Bangkok to Israel, the terminal was full of young backpackers who wanted to return to Israel to the reserves.
Upon boarding, they announced that all those who still do not have a seat will wait and try to get everyone on the plane.
There were dozens of young people there who wanted to go back to enlist!
@ELALUSA took all the available seats on the plane and filled up to the last seat on the plane. I felt sorry for those who could not go up due to lack of space.
Then to my surprise, after they finished filling the plane, the El Al people took more than twenty young women and put them on the plane and put them in the crew's folding chairs.
And after that the captain gave permission and more than ten young men to sit on the floor in the kitchens and near the doors of the plane were put on the flight.
In my entire life I have never seen a flight where dozens of people are sitting on the floor. During the entire flight, they slept on the floor wherever possible including near the cockpit, on the floor in the business class and in every corner of the plane.
The pictures speak for itself and illustrate a little of what was on this special flight.
During the flight I saw the captain walking around the plane making sure the crew was taking care of all these wonderful young people.
Thanks to the wonderful team of El Al pilots and flight attendants 🇮🇱 for the extraordinary gesture.
Kudos to the CEO of El Al for having such employees.
I have to admit that they warmed my heart (to say the least).

When I converted to Judaism, the rabbi asked me: If the Nazis were to come back, would you say you weren't Jewish? Or would you stay with your people?
I said: "I'd stay. And I'd fight."
I may not be in Israel right now, but as a journalist, I am on the front lines of the information war. I will fight for my people. And I won't stop until we are victorious.
Hamas is the greatest threat to the Palestinian people.
They hide in hospitals and schools, using woman and children as human shields.
The death of any civilian is a tragedy.
Palestinian or Israeli - Hamas is the cause of this loss.
Johnny Rotten has a message for Jeremy Corbyn & the Labour Party 😘
“You fucking prejudiced racist bastard. I AM JEW.”

Even thought the @brexitparty_uk didnt win any seats, they did get so many votes in so many areas proving again the country wants #brexit to happen, do we need more proof...? #get_brexit_done
And the 326 overall majority has been reached by @BorisJohnson and the @Conservatives the country has spoken and yet again proven we want brexit and now we can #get_brexit_done
This election was the 2nd EU Referendum - and Britain just voted to Leave even more enthusiastically. Those trying to flog the ridiculous 'People's Vote' just got the People's vote.
McDonnell squarely blaming Brexit again and again - other Labour sources in touch already to say that was not the case, there was a 'jigsaw' of reasons and that party lacked 'credible leadership'
