SM Run’s possibly the best kpop event ever? Fans are encouraged to exercise to see idols instead of mass buying albums. Scalpers can’t sell the tickets since u literally have to run 10k first.
If you’re a shawol, you can run at any pace. You’ll for sure see minho at least once.
I brought my childhood friend with me to the last stop this time, and I was excited to finally watch Yunho’s concert with her😌She’s known about Yunho ever since I became a fan, but she doesn’t really know much about him.
So I was genuinely surprised by the things she said after the concert. She said she could feel some Michael Jackson vibes from his moves, costumes, etc. (she had no idea Yunho actually loves MJ ), and she was really impressed by how versatile he is - he can do so many different kinds of music and stages without being limited to one style. She said he feels like such a well-rounded, multidimensional artist.
And I was so surprised because these are exactly the things Yunho wants to show people through his performances?
She said the concert was genuinely so much fun even as a non-fan. She had so much fun that she looked even more excited than me afterward
And the funniest part… (sorry, but my friend is always brutally straightforward lol ) She said she’d kinda lost hope in K-pop after occasionally watching this or that, but after this concert, she started to see hope again and asked me:
“Can someone promote him more and let him have his moment again or something?” 😭
Somebody needs to tell Blockbuster that nostalgia is basically a business model right now. Bring back the video store experience with physical rentals, snacks and that whole 2000s atmosphere, and people would probably line up just for the experience
