Hello. I recently returned a sound from itunes. I once bought a brawl pass through the app store, and when returning the sound I accidentally marked the return of the pass, when I noticed it was too late because they accepted the return. My balance is now negative as much as -5000 gems. I wrote to support but they can't do anything, so I contact you on the "x" app asking for a return of gems. I hope you will see this message and be kind to me. Seeing a negative balance is demotivating for me, I have never returned anything from you before.

I only noticed it when I sent the return and I couldn't undo it. In your policy it is written that if I return something, the jewels will be taken from my account, which also happened, and this is not a small sum, because as much as 5000 gems. I would like to recover the jewels in my account, I know this is not in line with your policy, but as I said, I made the return by accident. I've been playing Brawl Stars since 2018 and the sight of my horse "-4780" demotivates me to continue playing.

@danversbea @DyingLight_PL Zaiste, wieża może być ciekawa ja widzę to tak: będą piętra im wyżej tym trudniej i coraz lepsze nagrody ale żeby nie było zbyt łatwo to dodadzą jakieś specjalne tickety. Wgl muszę reinstal zrobić bo mi sie aktualizacja nie chce pobrać :(
