So #LostArk KR just finished their emergency broadcast. It was about 20 minutes of profuse apologies for a few select issues.

They tunneled hard on these topics specifically:
- Lack of content update speed (they promised they would make endgame raids much faster, and cited the 2020 period when they released 4 raids 2 months apart from one another).
- CN server launch slowing down development of other regions (they claim it's another team working on that altogether and it's not affecting things).
- Gave Thaemine's Legion Raid date (Sept. 13th) and the levels (1610 Normal / 1630 Hard). We're convinced it was originally higher but they lowered it to appease players, but that's just a guess.
- They acknowledged that there hasn't been new player build diversity in a long time, due to stagnant item settings (sets not changing between soft resets) and skill choices/usages. They're thinking of changing it in the future to try to make things interesting there.
- They said they know that new players are stuck slowly progressing through existing progression systems and how veteran players have nothing to do because they've been done with these systems for a long time. They asked for players' patience as they figure out how they want to proceed with that.

They barely actually addressed a lot of controversial issues with the game. They looked like they were guilty on trial and looked like they wanted to get it over with and get out of there as quickly as possible. They barely broached other serious topics like on communication or homework fatigue.

This is really disappointing. I'm not convinced that these three can properly lead the project, or at the very least they are not the forward-facing representatives that players need from Smilegate.
