1/ One of the key themes this year was making the most of the any situation and pull through. There's always something at each stop so how can I make it 1. sustainable and
we were comfortable still playing hard to catchup. And when we did we could feel the momentum totally lost from the other team. There are steps to it and I always think that even after taking so many Ls it's all part of the process.
and boring. When you lament that this work is very tiring, despite not working hard, you will feel exhausted, in other words there is a huge difference."

Heaven and hell are created by ourselves. If you give meaning to your work, you will feel happy regardless of its size and you will feel fulfilled no matter what self-set results you have attained. If you don't like to do anything, even the simplest things will become difficult

have dinner plans and it turns the day around. I realize this does help with mood and mental. I also realize some of the bad days I don't even rmbr the next week. It just puts into perspective what was a big deal and what's wasn't.
