I work at a company that offers an ESOP. It’s been going on for 25 years and was lucky enough to be there in the beginning. It might be hard to get into a company like SpaceX, but if you can find a company that’s doing with automation/tech and offers an employee stock ownership program and stick it out it’s probably gonna be a good money in the future. 25 years seems like a long time. But it’s better than working 45.
