@UmemeLtd I think I need to understand how one can have an outstanding balance with a prepaid payment system.
I loaded 50k on 28/03/2021. Yesterday the power was done & I still loaded 50k. I noticed through the loading process that the account had a debt of 12k.

@UmemeLtd This is confusing. If there was a double service charge in December, why would it appear as arrears. Service charge is paid at any point when the customer pays for power. In real essence the customer would be entitled to a refund to compersate the double charge
