I am proud to announce that I am running for State Representative for Derry NH (District 13)!
Growing up in Derry I always knew there was something special about our town and our state, but it was only after enlisting and going overseas with the United States Marine Corps that I was able to say for certain that what we have here is unique in the world and the nation. The spirit of New England is embodied in its greatest form by New Hampshire's commitment to individual responsibility and the liberty of our citizens.
If the citizens of Derry give me the honor of representing them in Concord, I will never stop fighting for New Hampshire families and fighting against any legislation which would make it more difficult for them to build the lives they deserve. We owe a great debt to our forefathers who have come before us, and an even greater responsibility to the children who will come after us, to ensure that New Hampshire remains the most free nation in the Union.
You can donate or contact the campaign on our website (https://t.co/UsslTFeZqF) and I encourage everyone in Derry regardless of party to participate in your local and state elections. If we do not engage with our traditions of local democracy, we will lose them.
God bless you all and God bless New Hampshire!

I propose that New Hampshire adopt the Bunker Hill flag as our state flag.
Our state is leading the charge in defending the freedoms and values which were once the bedrock of New England, while our sister states are consistently failing to safeguard their people.
New Hampshire is, and will continue to be, the shining city on the hill amongst the six New England states; we should make it clear with our state flag that we are setting the example for liberty and tradition loving New Englanders across the region.
When I am elected as State Representative for Derry in November, I will fight for legislation to honor New Hampshire's heritage and future by adopting the Bunker Hill banner as our own!
Scotland and Wales weren't settled and created in lands uninhabited by Europeans by overwhelming English colonists
Americans were LITERALLY (legally, culturally, economically, religiously) Englishmen until the Revolution and we are obviously still culturally English despite the similarities growing more distant over the years. Read any of our Founding Fathers and even more modern major figures like Theodore Roosevelt
Small town hardware store, big American energy. 250 flags under the sign, grills out front, mountains in the distance. This is the New Hampshire way. πΊπΈποΈ
@Granger4NH@Hartlander_ I can only conclude that you aren't actually reading my responses if you think that I am disagreeing with America being a distinct nation

@Hartlander_ I'm more partial to the Red Ensign when looking at New Englanders as a cultural group, but when we reach the point where New England is saved and we are negotiating unification, I will be more than happy to relinquish the Bunker Hill flag for the Commonwealth of New England π
@z_m_appleton@AppletonForNH Your announcement doesn't say which party's primary you are running in, although it was easy enough to figure out from your other tweets, etc. that you were a Republican.
At no point did I say that America is THE English nation (i.e. identical to the English). I said American is AN English nation (i.e. derived from the English and bearing primary characteristics which are English in nature). You seem to think I am saying "English nation" [single concept referencing the people of England] when I am clearly saying "English" "nation" [English as an adjective modifying the concept of nation]
of course I support Bryan because heβs building an American made wool clothing company, but I mainly support him bc of this goal:
βMy kids are going to watch me build this. They will pack your orders, or ride along on delivery runs (child labor laws be damned). In 100 years, I want my grandkids running Audere and re-releasing this year's first shirt as a heritage piece.β
I think many fathers have realized their kids need to grow up with something tangible, to be proud of, to be a part of, to help build, that roots them in family and community.
what better thing than building a family business for them?
