Yesterday I took out a basic monthly subscription. I wanted to change to a premium version but your interface raised an error.

I tried several times without success.

I've just been debited for the annual fee, even though I asked for the monthly.

Could you please :
1. Refund the basic monthly subscription?
2. Refund the premium annual subscription?
3. Switch me to premium monthly subscription?
