@NHTSAgov You guys need a campaign on driving with headlights on at night and not running lights. I see it every night all over the country. When they have their running lights on, their taillights don't light up with newer vehicles. plus their vision isn't as good in the front.

@Chrysler you guys want to dim your drl's on your Pacificas. People are driving around at night with them on and with drl's on you have no taillights illuminated. If you dim them hopefully people think to turn on headlights and can be seen from the rear. Not a good family car
