The mental ties into absolutely everything.
Fitness
Business
Relationships
Spirituality
An elite tier mentality ripples into every domain.
And much like your biceps can be grown, so can your mental outputs.
Ilia Topuria Mentality.
Everyone talks about his boxing, power, well roundedness.
Very few discuss his elite mental strength.
Watch any video of Ilia speak, and you can tell he has 100% conviction that he is born to be great.
To put your balls on the line and say you're already the champion, the self induced pressure, he truly believes it was his god given right to win.
Many of us are incredibly negative internally.
We doubt our capabilities, our potential.
We worry about shit that never even happens.
The more I learn about the best performers in any field, it's not the physical fortitude that is most impressive.
It's the mentality.
The brain & mind, governs the body.
Never forget that.
GROW A PAIR OF BALLS.
Avoid being the ideas guy.
The guy who says he is going to do something 'one day'.
The guy 12 years later assures you this job is only temporary.
The guys whose words are louder than his actions.
How many people do we see with lofty childhood dreams, aspirations , that they either give up on, or don't have the cajones to fail and make mistakes, so they don't even step into the fire in the first place.
This scene is a perfect depiction of the pain of being a procrastinator. It's cute to say you are going to do things and never do them when you are a kid.
As soon as you are an adult, you have to accept that maybe you're just not built the way you think you are.
If this scene doesn't make you want to go harder, I don't know what will.
THE MARTIAL ARTIST ARCHETYPE.
I think we can all agree.
The takes on this app about fighting, bodybuilding & physical training are low IQ.
On one side, you have MMA bro's who think if you know how to fight you are magically going to have girls fall on your lap, and have a status & presence.
The other hand, bodybuilders argue that if they are 30-50lb heavier and stronger than you, your fighting ability means nothing.
Here is the biggest issue with these pointless debates.
In the real world, the capable man reigns supreme.
What is the use of being an elite fighter if you are living pay check to pay check?
And you are objectively broke?
This by definition does not make you capable.
In the same token, being a multimillionaire that's overweight and works 100 hours a week with no time for his family.... Is also not a flex.
The rarest breed of man, is the one that can do it all.
Fighters should be captializing on the fact that more lawyers, doctors and CEOs are interested in combat (BJJ in particular). We have seen this with Zuckerberg.
Even as a bodybuilder, instead of boring monotonous stair climber cardio, touch spar, hit pads & rip the heavy bag. You can absolutely have the best of both worlds.
And unless you have UFC professional ambitions as a fighter, martial arts should be used as a vehicle to learn valuable lessons that can be applied to business.
I have experienced this myself where if I miss even a few weeks of sparring, my mental acuity and ability to handle adversity suffers.
I personally have 0 interest in becoming a professional fighter, but martial arts helps voluntarily force you into an environment where you can't be soft.
How hard is making a few phone calls and sending a few emails, when you are constantly pushing your physical limits & testing yourself against other physically capable men?
The weight room doesn't give you this.
The 80/20 of combat sports in my opinion is using it like this:
1. Utilise the cardio benefits of training martial arts as this is a gap missing in bodybuilding routines.
2. Leverage the psychological & mental edge it gives you in a society where everyone is softer than ever.
3. Don't use MMA ability as cope for being skinny and not building above average strength & muscle mass.
4. If you are a professional fighter, you need to leverage this to give yourself business opportunities in the real world.
I get it, you're born to fight. But have $100 to your name because you haven't structured your career correctly is a disservice to your future family.
This is a longer post, but those that think you either have to be working 24/7 and can't carve out 5 hours of your week to exercise, just shows you have piss poor business acumen.
You're also allowed to train martial arts and have bodybuilding goals as well.
Might not be the BEST if you want to be the best fighter possible.
But think for yourself.
Everyone has different goals.
📖 Just Truth
🔹 You can probably make it to your goals, it’s just that it will take longer than you expect
- The truth about success is that it takes a while. If you start at the very bottom, it will take you even longer because you have to fight your way to even get to the start line. Fortunately, success isn’t a competition, it’s an outcome you get for running your own race. As long as you keep putting one foot in front of the other, eventually you will cross the finish line. Avoid running before you can walk. It's a mistake most people do.
Anything you’re obsessed with comes into the realm of reality if you go non-stop after it for 5 years. But in an age of instant gratification, most people waste 5 years looking for the shortcut instead of actually building.
If you zoom out: Most people fail not because of competition, but because they gave up when things got hard or they were taking too long. Change your time horizons and commit, and it doesn't really matter if you achieve riches without the knowledge to maintain and multiply that wealth. You will actually likely "dig" a very deep financial hole from where you're unlikely able to ever come out from, so chase knowledge while waiting for the $.
🔹 A partner who sees the same vision as you is an asset
- A partner with a different objective than you is a liability towards the achievement of your goal, because you have 2 people pulling in different directions and even with all the effort you deploy, none of you will get what they want. The biggest indicator that a couple will not get divorced is having a common vision for their life together.
Building a family and building toward success in life are both incredibly difficult tasks, it is best if they do not conflict with the other. Your partner will have the largest emotional impact on your success in life. They will be there for you at your best and at your worst. They are tasked with helping you get back up and providing safety and comfort for you to regroup. If they don't, do they really care about YOUR dreams and beliefs?...
🔹 Every failure or NO is a test of how badly you want this
- What if I told you that everything you’ve ever wanted out of life was at the end of 20 NOs or failures? How happy would you be to get another one out of the way? Because you would know you’re actually closer to the goal. You would embrace them, you would hunt NOs and Failures just so you could get to the goal faster.
Life actually runs that way, it’s just you don’t really know how many of these you have to push through. For some it’s 2 or 3, for others, it’s 15 to 20. If you’re smart, with every one of them you learn. You spend time analyzing and implementing changes. Changed behavior is the only proof of intelligence. So it’s just a matter of improving and trying as many variations as you can until one eventually works. If a plan fails, change the plan. Never change the goal.
🔹 You will wish you had started and done it sooner
- The sooner you start, the faster you learn. The faster you learn, the faster you earn. Information is time sensitive. Use it before everyone else has it and its value diminishes. The truth about success is that the sooner you start, the more compounding your decisions you can take advantage of. The reason why others are miles ahead of where you are is because they took action while you were waiting for the timing to be right.
🔹 That thing you’re trying to avoid, you can’t. You have to go through it
- Your fears are the best indicator of your weaknesses. We’re scared of things we’re not good at and one can minimize fear through preparation. Most of the time you postpone starting because you don’t know how to make the entire thing happen. Life rewards those who start and figure things out along the way.
Think of it like this: You’re on the road to success but it’s night-time and you’re in the driver’s seat of your life. You don’t need to see the entirety of the road to your destination to make the trip. Just by having your headlights on and seeing 30 meters ahead, you are able to safely navigate the journey. All your progress is the result of doing things we don’t want to do, but know we should do. The quicker you process this truth about success and accept it as fact, the sooner you’ll be able to level up in life.
Reading your first financial, business, or mindset book won't change your life on it's own. You need to reflect on what you've read and take action. Trying to build an eCommerce business on your first attempt will probably not work well as you just don't have the required knowledge/experience. In your first investments, you will buy into rug-pulls from Bitboy and other scammers, but you will then learn from your mistakes and end up making better decisions. Trial & Error.
Don't waste time. Build yourself into greatness.
📖 Take these risks in life
Everything good in your life will happen as a result of taking the risk of getting it. There is no return without paying the price and the price is taking on the risk of failure. As a baby, you need to risk falling if you are to learn how to walk. We follow that same trajectory in life and business. Those who are unwilling to take the risk, face an unfulfilled and mediocre life.
🔹 Risk getting incredibly wealthy – especially if you’re young.
If you’re under 35, you get 1 or 2 big swings at an extraordinary life. This happens because you have little to no downside: there’s no one depending on you. This is by far the most important piece of advice you can get as a young person: TAKE BIG RISKS. The scary/uncomfortable ones. The risks everyone around you tells you not to take.
Want to know something that will outrage the close minded people? Everyone who actually wants to be rich can become rich. There are over 60 million millionaires and thousands of new billionaires in the world. We’re going to soon have our first trillionaire. There’s no limit to the wealth you can get in this life. And honestly, the sooner you solve the money issue in life, the better.
When it comes to both life and financial risks: If you don’t play the risk game while you’re young, you’re going to play the blame game while you’re old. At this stage you know my message goes to very few people only, and if its arriving to you is because I believe this isn’t a waste of my time, and that you can come from average to a great life and achievements. I can leave now, retire, and live in the luxuries of this world. But that’s not fulfilling. Fulfilling for me is guiding others on the path to a life that’s worth living. Saddens me to see most people never truly living, but it is what it is…
🔹 Risk ridicule in exchange for making your dreams come true
- Criticism and ridicule are part of the process. Think of it as the cost of entry to the joyride that is the good life. Who cares what they think?! Who cares if they don’t like you? You don’t even know THEM!
People are intimidated by those who go after it. They’re scared of seeing other people succeed because it serves as proof that success is achievable. Their only hope is to intimidate you into giving up on your dreams, so you don’t get the chance to prove them wrong. The risk fades away when you realize that these people are irrelevant to your journey, even if they’re part of your inner circle and their words might hurt. Be strong. It’s your future. It’s your life. You only have one.
🔹 Risk Dropping out or quitting to start your own business
- Here’s a gold nugget that’s going to change your life forever if you allow its value into your beliefs. It’s called: The Simulated Outcome Theory
How it works: look at the way your life is going right now and imagine doing what you’re doing for the next 10 years. What does your life look like if you progress in a linear fashion? If you’re happy with the result, keep doing what you’re doing. But what if you realize this future sucks? That’s when you drop out or quit your job in order to start living life on your terms. You will end up working longer hours, but you’ll have the satisfaction that you’re building for yourself. For as long as you live just remember: If you don’t build your own dreams, someone else will hire you to build theirs.
🔹 Risk investing in yourself
- People complain that investing in yourself is expensive…but what the hell is the alternative?! What is there to invest that gives you a better ROI than…well…YOU?!
If you’re unable to at least invest in yourself where you control the outcome, how do you expect any other investment to work out?...
Treat your investment in yourself the same way venture capital works: Some will be shi*, some will be ok, but one or two of them will be life-changing. I’ve read hundreds of bad books before finding the few that worked well for me. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars going to events, seminars, courses, classes, and meet-ups, in order to compound my knowledge and build freedom. Ask yourself, what percentage of your income do you reinvest in yourself? I’m not talking about your comforts, but in your skillset, your knowledge, and your tools of the trade. If you’re spending less than 5% on you…it might be a good time to re-evaluate your priorities. The brutal truth is: People’s lives are cheap because they think investing in themselves is expensive. Why? - Because the've learned to have instant gratification for work done, and when they don't, they have no belief. They don't understand how money and life works, so no matter what they do, they will not find the path to freedom.
🔹 Risk starting over
- Even if you’re starting from scratch. Even if it’s in a new place. Even if you know nobody. Even if no-one supports you. Risk starting over. It will be scary because it’s always scary when you venture into the unknown. But you see, Darkness is the mere absence of light. The moment you overcome your fear, you begin to generate light into the darkness of your world. The more you do and learn, the brighter you shine. Deep down we’re all scared of our luminosity. But it’s a necessary part of success. You might be thinking it’s easy to say this when I don’t know your story, but I actually know you, because I’ve been in similar environment as you are today, and I’ve seen your story in other people as well. It might not be obvious to you at the moment, but if starting over is your objective, the road will reveal itself to you. Remember this: If you see nothing around you but walls, start building a door. You've got the tools, and you can find the time.
🔹 Risk going against the consensus and be right
- This is the straightforward path to massive success in life. The more you think about it, the more you realize it is true: If you want to be successful in life, you have to go against the consensus - what everybody thinks - and be right. People will tell you that something is impossible, they’ll tell you to not even try because it won’t work, you’re not good enough, smart enough, talented enough, not born in the right country, not born with the right parents, skin color, gender or simply…that nobody was able to do it. The thing is…
Everything is impossible until someone does it. Our growing wealth is the result of ignoring everybody else and focusing on the process. I said this before, but if we’re living in a simulation, then self-belief is the cheat code to getting everything you want. Risk believing in your idea and following through.
🔹 Risk being yourself when everyone else wants you to be someone else
- Who are you? You’re more than your clothes, the things you buy, the home you live in…You’re more than what your parents taught you when you were young. You’re more than the trauma you’ve suffered growing up. You’re an individual. You’re separate from everything else. You’re not what your uncle thinks you are or should be. You’re not what your parents wish you were. You’re not what your friends see you as. You’re not even all of those things combined. You’re an ever-changing identity that absorbs what it needs and finds useful in order to craft itself out of pure chaos. The moment you realize how short life is and how meaningless the expectations of others are in terms of real impact on your existence, the second phase of your life begins.
🔹 Risk finding your true limits
- The brutal truth: Most people quit at 40% of their ability. As humans, we fail to understand our true limits because our mind and body is designed to shelter us from harm and into comfort as quickly as possible. Most people go through life never knowing what they can do. They choose to underperform, doing the universe a big disservice. You were put on this planet to find out what you’re capable of…
Going to the grave without discovering that is just wasted potential. Why are you scared to find out? Why do you quit before your limits? Why don’t you test yourself to see how far you can go? Something extraordinary happens if you do…You find the truth. You find where your ability stands at this point in your life. You have a clear benchmark. From work to life, to relationships, go the extra mile and make them extraordinary. For the man who risks finding his own limits, the world opens up with limitless opportunities.
Are all those successful people just smarter than you? Look closely...they aren’t. They worked and worked, and worked some more. Results started showing because they outworked everyone else and were noticed for providing more value.
🔹 Risk having your own metric for success
- Here’s the paradox of success: Success is a self fulfilling game. The only real way to win is to decide that you have won the game. Otherwise, you will be in constant pursuit of something that you’ll never catch up with. Even if you achieve what other people consider success, if it’s not your own consideration, you will not feel like you’ve made any progress in life. This is how people end up hating their lives despite having a high -profile job or making a lot of money. If it doesn’t meet your own metrics for success you will feel like a failure, like you could’ve done more or be happier doing something else. People will judge you based on their own metrics…please note that you are under no obligation to live by them. Risk having your own metrics...
That’s what the phrase: “YOU DO YOU!” actually means.
🔹 Risk a “bad meal” to find the magical one
- I know you weren’t expecting a food reference at this point in the talk, but this is actually a deep metaphor for life. You have to risk going through the bad in order to find the exceptional. You don’t know where the magic is in life, but it won’t find you, you have to go look for it. Look everywhere you think you might be able to find it.
Most will be disappointments, but once in a while, you will stumble upon something that made the entire search worth it. These are the life-changing pieces of the puzzle that makes up your existence. Do you know why this is true?
- Because unearned prizes bear no value. In a screwed-up way, the bad justifies you being deserving of the good. You truly appreciate a good meal if you’ve been eating shi* for a while. You really appreciate a good job if you’ve been working miserable ones for the past few years. You will never take for granted a loyal partner if your previous one tore your heart to shreds…
If you want to win this freaking game, you have to embrace risk. You won’t get many chances. Time has picked up speed and I know you feel it too. The next few years will go by in the blink of an eye…Don’t regret it.

📖 If you want to be successful, you’ll have to get past the beliefs that limit you
If the world we live in is a simulation, self-belief is the cheat-code.
🔹 Life is hard
Sometimes, but not always. Actually, life is pretty balanced. You get some easy and then you get some hard. The duality between those two allows for progress and enjoyment. You’ve heard it many times before that you cannot enjoy the good times if you don’t experience the bad ones, but this self-belief that life is continuously hard and that you have to perpetually struggle until the day you die, is one of the worst limiting beliefs I’ve encountered on the vast majority of people's minds.
These people believe there isn’t more to life than hardship, there can’t be...at least for them. So what do they do?
- They accept it as an unequivocal truth and then proceed to live their lives as if it was set in stone that they must suffer. Because "life is hard" for them, the suffering has been bestowed upon them by the universe or their God, and who are they to change the laws of God?...
- For everyone else, how hard life is, is a choice. We have the power in our hands to determine how hard we wish our life to be. Make your life hard voluntarily. Make your life hard now with the purpose of it being easier in the future. Your actions today should ripple a better outcome at a later date; but not every action sets that kind of ripple effect in the future. Life is hard if you approach it as Sisyphus, but there’s a different kind of hard life where you approach it like Noah building the ship. It might be hard, people will laugh at your efforts, but you will reap the benefits later. We all know the flood is inevitable, so build your vessel. These are words for those who have the clear ears to listen.
Your life might be hard now, but if you choose the right kind of hard it won’t be for too long.
"Even if you are not ready for the day, it cannot always be night"
🔹 I am too old/too young, I am not ready…
This limiting belief is actually the fear of success. You justify your inaction by placing a limitation the world doesn’t actually care for. Yes, you might not be able to open a bank account in your own name until you’re 18, but a parent can help you out with that.
Colonel Sanders started KFC, the most famous fried chicken franchise in the world, at the age of 65 and people out there in their 30s and 40s thinking the game is over. WTF…I never believed in the too young or too old mentality, because the world rewards you based on action, not based on age. The world right now couldn’t care less about your age as long as you solve a problem for them.
"We live in a result oriented world where your ability to perform is the only thing your success will be measured on"
You might think you are not ready yet and need a bit more time to prepare yourself for what’s coming, but you know how you become ready?
- Start when you’re not. Try. The first rule of learning to ride a bike is to get on a bike.
Yes, you will fall a few of times. It’s part of the process, but eventually you’ll get it. Nobody went to school to learn to ride a bike. Sure the tutorials help, but the difference between learning to ride it or not doesn’t lie in the education part, but in the practice part. You’re not too old, and you’re not too young…you’re more than ready to act now. It will dramatically accelerate the process. Don’t wait.
🔹 Others are better than me
This is the perfectionist inside of you talking. This limiting belief spurs from the negative habit of comparing ourselves to others as a measure of our ability.
Guess what: YES, there are people better at this than you. Statistically speaking, you will never be the absolute best, but that has nothing to do with the quality of your life moving forward. Stop thinking in terms of podiums, you’re not in the Olympics. You’re trying to start a side business, so you don’t have to put up with the “office drama”. There are hundreds of thousands of people who are doing really well despite not being the absolute best. I am not the absolute best, but I am very good at what i do, and for that I was rewarded with freedom.
You’re not shooting for perfection; you’re shooting for progress. Ask yourself: Are you better today than you were last week? Yes?
- Good. Keep that going. You have your own lane; you have your own race with your own finish line. You’re not all running at the same speed, some people are sprinting, some are running long distances, so comparing your rhythm with others just because they might be in your vicinity is a sure way to set yourself up for failure.
🔹 All Rich people are Evil
Here’s the thing: You will never become what you hate. If you think successful people are bad, you will never become one. If you think successful people got lucky, you will never become successful because you’re obviously not a lucky person. Rich people aren’t evil (obviously some are, but don't put every rich person inside the same bag)…
They had a different education than you did, and by education I don’t mean school. Instead, they learned how the market works, how money flows, and how to be part of that chain. The way to overcome this limiting belief is to understand the following golden rule of money:
You are not paid based on effort but based on results. Just because you worked more on something doesn’t mean you should be paid more for it. The only way to increase your pay is to increase the value of the outcome. We are paid in exact proportion to our contributions. If you have an average salary is because you offer an average value, which is what most people do. And let's be honest, how many people read financial books instead of watching Netflix series? How many people trial/error on business opportunities instead of going out for drinks every weekend?...
🔹 Nobody who started where I started ever made it in life…
This limiting belief is found in many shapes and sizes. Another common saying is: “It’s impossible to become rich unless you come from money”
One of the stupidest things said by the poor. Many people have started in way worse conditions than many poor did, and have not only made it out, but transitioned into a life of prosperity and abundance. Some of them were homeless, some of them had to endure pain beyond what we can imagine, but their drive to escape that world was so great they had to do it.
And so can you. And so can anyone that is willing to follow the process. Past performance isn’t an indicator of future performance. You learn that trading stocks/cryptos, but it definitely applies to life. Just because your beginnings in life were painful, it doesn’t mean you’re destined to live a life of pain. Even if you don’t personally know anybody who made it starting where you did, it’s just a matter of time until someone will, so why not make that person be you? Set the example. Walk the path nobody has walked before and see where it takes you, because you know damn well what staying put will get you.
"The only way to change your destiny is to accept that you’re the one determining it" - https://t.co/3ncgf6bSDd
Work is not meant to be enjoyed…
Great rewards require great sacrifices, so you will need to work in higher volumes. That’s what people mean when they say you have to work hard. It’s not about carrying stones with you bare hands. Instead, you have to push beyond what everyone else is pushing in terms of time, effort, and brain power. Nowhere in the life manual says that work should make you miserable.
The best mix is to go for big goals and do work that is challenging, that requires you to push beyond what you are currently capable of. Nobody wants to play an easy game that everyone can beat. It’s the challenge that’s drawing us in. If work isn’t enjoyable, it is because you’re doing work that YOU are not enjoying and the feeling you get internally is your soul and brain screaming that you should be doing something else. Another common limiting belief about work is this feeling of complete overwhelm
“I’m overwhelmed. I’ve always felt this way, and I’m going to feel like this forever”
Start with smaller improvements. It will not happen all of a sudden. If you bite more than you can chew, don’t be afraid to cut it up and eat it piece by piece. There’s no point in choking yourself to death when real progress is a viable option.
🔹 I don’t have enough time/money…
We ALL have the same 24h every single day. Some use it wisely. Some don’t. Depending on where you are in the journey, this limiting belief might even be true, but there’s a catch...
You have to pick your limitation: it’s either time, or money. It can’t be both.
The baseline is: If you’re young, you’ve got time and you ain’t got money. When you get old, you should have money and not have time. If you don’t have either, you’re in a pickle my friend…
Now let’s tackle each one so you know what you have to do: Fundamentally, life is a strategy game.
You have a limited number of resources, and you have to use them strategically to complete the mission. You have 24 hours in a day and the money and tools at your disposal. It’s time to put them to use. With TIME it’s about minimization of time consumption.
How can I get more done in the same amount of time so that I can free some up for other things?
- The easiest one is sleep.
You can cut 1 or 2h of sleep every day, and you’ll get a full day’s of wor extra during the week. These 7-14 hours could be deployed towards health, learning, happiness, or even generating more income.
With MONEY, it’s about the maximization of return. How can I make more money with the same amount of effort? What should I learn or what tools can I use to increase my output?
Once you begin to think about your limitations this way, you realize thes are not actually limitations, but a management issue, and all management issues can be solved.

🔖 Weak Vs Strong - What type of person are you?
Is anyone owed anything in life? Well, a weak person may harbor a sense of entitlement, believing that success should come easily. In contrast, strong people recognize that life is inherently challenging and filled with obstacles.
They understand that achieving their goals requires dedication, hard work, and the willingness to face failure. Embracing discomfort and demonstrating persistence are essential components of their journey to success. Strong people are prepared to face setbacks and learn from their mistakes, using these experiences as stepping stones towards their ultimate objectives.
When faced with failure, strong people remain steadfast in their pursuit of their dreams. They view failure as an inevitable part of their journey toward success and see it as a challenge to overcome. In stark contrast, weak people tend to hold a misguided belief that the universe will grant them success merely by virtue of their existence. They fail to acknowledge the dedication and effort strong people put into achieving their goals and erroneously assume they are equally deserving of such accomplishments. Regrettably, this misguided sense of entitlement and the supposed debt they believe the universe owes them will never be fulfilled. Success is not something that will effortlessly land at your feet. A sense of entitlement to success ensures that weak people will constantly face difficulties in attaining it, as they spend excessive time idling and squandering opportunities.
The universe owes you nothing, and this reality remains constant. To cultivate strength, it is crucial to comprehend that success is earned through hard work and dedication, not merely deserved by existing.
Weak people often indulge in self-pity, blaming others for their struggles and misfortunes. They refuse to acknowledge that they're the ones in control of their lives. Instead, they believe their problems are always caused by external factors, or other people. While it's true that external events and people can have a negative impact, strong people see these events as obstacles to be overcome. Strong people navigate around obstacles, or they recover and rebuild after facing setbacks. When their plans fail, they adapt and create new strategies. In contrast, weak people believe they have no control over their lives. They question why obstacles aren't removed for them, instead of trying to find ways around them. When they face failure, they wait for help that may never arrive. They perceive themselves as perpetual victims.
A weak person might say… "Why do these things always happen to me? I didn't do anything wrong! Im so unlucky..."
This mindset prevents weak people from finding happiness or success, as they are too focused on blaming others for their circumstances.
Insecure people often perceive setbacks as insurmountable failures and disasters. Lacking the resilience to recover and move forward, they resort to giving up as a means of avoiding potential failure again. However, this approach prevents personal growth and the valuable lessons that come from making mistakes.
Ultimately, failure does not define a person; rather, it is how one responds to adversity that matters. By picking oneself up and persevering in the pursuit of goals, true failure is avoided.
Failure should be viewed as a mere obstacle on the path to success, rather than the end of the journey.
Do you often blame others for your failures or setbacks? Do you struggle to accept responsibility for your own mistakes?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, it's crucial to reevaluate your mindset. While others may have some influence on certain outcomes, consistently shifting blame away from yourself is unproductive. Instead, embrace personal responsibility and view your mistakes as opportunities for growth. Your missteps do not signify that you cannot achieve your greatest aspirations. They merely serve as gentle reminders to approach challenges differently.
