Conclusions:

For all bug bounty managers out there:

If I’d rule a bug bounty one of my top priorities would be to built a program mature enough to run a LHE.

You can’t imagine the quality of vulnerabilities you get. Really: You can’t.

You have some of the greatest minds in bug bounty collaborating to achieve high impact bugs, and focused 100% on your program. But while collaborating they also compete together to get top positions on the leaderboard.

It also gives a space where engineering teams and hackers can work together to achieve even more impact.

LHEs are one of the best investments you can do in security and every $ invested is worth it, trust me.
