Don’t neglect the little muscles! Hear so many people say their shoulders hurt and so on.
Yet I never see them do any rotator cuff work, mobility work, etc.
What good are big muscles if you feel like shit daily?
Do the little things right and your body will thank you!
The thing about excuses is, most of them are valid.
It doesn’t matter though. No one cares why you didn’t do something. All they care about is whether or not you did it.

You have no idea how hard it probably was for them to get the courage to get into the gym knowing how judgmental people are nowadays.
Everyone starts somewhere.
Before you start a new diet, ask yourself:
“Can I see myself eating this way for the rest of my life?”
If the answer is no, then it’s a waste of your time & energy.
