@Logitech I just bought MX console and the keypad is not functioning on my Mac. The dialpad works and keypad displays actions for the correct app, but pressing keys skies nothing on screen. Please help.

@Sonos the volume on voice assistants of multiple Sonos One and Era 1 speakers is unable to be adjusted softer or louder. This just started a few days ago. Have tried rebooting. No change. Is this a known issue?

@WEMOcares still having issues turning on smart plugs. Some turn on via app. Some don't connect at all. So you have any advice? They were working fine until the outage.

@BelkinCares can you troubleshoot a Wemo smart plug problem? None of my smart plugs are working as of today. The iOS app is unresponsive. Smart plugs linked in app just sounds when I press on/off in app. Tried restarting it.
