If you are flying @AmericanAir don’t pay for checked baggage in advance. If you decide not to check a bag you have prepaid for, their policy is NOT to issue a refund. I had several employees tell me that a refund would be “no problem”, but my refund request was denied. Cool.

For reference, @AmericanAir does not issue refunds on prepaid luggage in any of the following cases:

@AmericanAir That’s like saying, “Yeah, we’re just going to take your money for a service we didn’t provide anyway.” It’s cool. I already filed reports with the Bureau of Consumer Protection and the BBB.

Buying a door from @Lowes has been insane. It’s been almost A YEAR, and we still don’t have a door. No one answers when we call, even when someone calls and asks us to call back. No one is there when we schedule an appointment. This is Lowe’s in #SanBruno

So, the @MobileRegional delivery driver left a note that I didn’t live at the delivery address and didn’t answer my phone (untrue). I was told by workers that he does delivery & Uber, & if those don’t take him near a delivery, he brings it back. @AmericanAir Not a good look. 3/3

The next day, my #airtag is still pinging at @MobileRegional until almost noon, but right before I decide to drive to pick it up myself. And it travels all over Mobile County, back and forth, one time almost reaching me, but is never delivered. 10PM: it’s at the airport again 2/3

Hoping that travel today goes better than last week. @AmericanAir didn’t get my luggage transferred in time in CLT, which happens. When I got to MOB, I was told they would deliver my luggage for free, which has happened before and in a timely manner. No such luck this time. 1/3
