Hey @amazon how is it that the Amazon app tells me that i'm the next stop for it to be delivered and the map shows the truck is only one block away and my package does not get delivered. instead it goes all around town while the guy on the truck delivers everyone 1/

@AmazonHelp There was nothing in the message centre about the delay, I am not too impressed with the fact that you guaranteed the delivery today and it was on the truck and I didn't receive the package.

@AmazonHelp so how does this explain the fact that i did not get my package, when I looked at 5:30pm the map was still showing the truck far away from my house, I just looked now and there is no map shown, which i am guessing means that truck is no longer on the road.
