In my opinion, slave ownership is not a constitutional right. But when the SCOTUS ruled in 1857 in the Dred Scott case, it recognized constitutional protections for slave ownership until the 13 & 14th amendments/civil war.

You're arguing Roe was wrongly decided. That's a separate question from whether or not it was constitutional.

In Plessy v. Ferguson, SCOTUS ruled "separate but equal" constitutional. I think that interpretation is wrong.
