Jimbo Fisher "really wants" the FSU job, and FSU brass is looking into it, per The Athletic's Bruce Feldman.
"Jimbo's rosters didn't stink," one source said. "His ability to adapt to modern football is what caught up with him."
Fisher went 83-23 in eight seasons at FSU.

Fisher is waiting on the Seminoles to fire Mike Norvell, which could happen as early as this weekend.
Fisher was Florida State’s head coach from 2010-2017.
