Why can we not just help each out without feeling the need to reciprocate? Like everyone has been in the position where they need and want help (subconsciously) but can't accept it for some reason

It costs very little energy/time to promote positivity and growth in each other. Anyone can have a problem, but together we can solve them

Accepting help of any kind can be tough.. The ego takes some damage, but your consciousness is quite relieved.
