They’re also not the central party at fault here. The guy driving the vehicle shares a large part of blame for her death.

DHS Law enforcement purpose / carrying out duties is debatable. Coordination with local police isn’t debatable imo.

Our local police department has a “no chase policy” because roads are not suitable and it endangers citizens.

I personally don’t understand why DHS is not coordinating with local law enforcement to perform their duties. Tragic, senseless loss of life.
