@airindiain please close your toll free number if one cannot get across to any of your agents? How come you are experiencing high call volumes at 2am or 4 am or 6am? Please stop this service if you are not capable of handling it. @JM_Scindia
@airindiain I fail to understand why keep a toll free number if you don't plan to speak I have been on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes now. Even at 6.30 am there is high call volume, wonder who leads contact centre, they are doing a fantastic job earning a bad name for #airindia
@JM_Scindia Please call #airindia toll free no as a common man to realise the long wait times to get through. I am on hold for the past 1 hour 07 minutes and still waiting to speak to some one. They should call it the free wait no, so people know that they need to call and wait
