@1610SPlDEY Crazier in context of her running for her life the second she dropped into Nazi world - Which only occurred because of how normal it is to simply walk around in her world. Cringe forced politics
It is NOT a "both sides" issue.
No assassination attempts on Biden.
No assassination attempts on Kamala.
No assassination attempts on AOC.
No assassination attempts on any other prominent voice on the political left.
No violence from pro-Israeli crowds.
No arrests on the pro-Israeli side.
No calls for death or murder of those who oppose the pro-Israeli side.
Those who oppose gender ideology do not call for the death of those who disagree with them.
Those who oppose movements like BLM did not call for the death of those who took part in the BLM riots.
Social media is not flooded with videos from those on the right celebrating the deaths of those on the left or wishing harm upon them.
It is not a "both sides" issue.
@BBakerHogs@alecbroberts15 Track athletes are arguably the weakest answer as their entire realm is focused so much in one specific thing. The question is regarding ALL aspects of fitness. The only exception to the rule would be decathalon athletes, but that wasn’t specified.
@BBakerHogs Fighting Sports - specifically MMA. Don’t think they are the most difficult in any one thing, but I think it’s the only sport that is in the upper percentile of all aspects of fitness and athleticism and it’s graded on weight class.
People who think 1 gorilla can win against 100 men fundamentally have poor understanding of muscle physiology. 100 men would win 80-90% of the time, a gorilla just isn’t built for a fight that long. I sure don’t wanna be in that first wave of fellas though!
@smashbaals Thief - pre death of Christ and under old law, born and died before baptism for remission of sins was even implemented. This line of thinking is a perfect example of cafeteria Christianity, taking verses 100% out of context.
@JoeAratari I hear you - but is that only due to the heavy carries or the other upper back Hypertrophy training you as a coach are likely having them perform? Again I love carries I just have never heard this specific claim before!
@JoeAratari I ask out of curiosity - how would an exercise (that I love for different reasons) that is almost exclusively isometric in nature for the referenced muscle groups have any direct benefit to Hypertrophy of the upper back and neck or concussion prevention?
@antidoc This is called neuromuscular re-education and it is one of the most crucial components to eventual return to sport post ligament injury, bridging the gap between single plane training and dynamic sport-related movement
@johntheschmuck @Fire_blade__ I believe children seeing two loving parents have conflict (civilly of course - which may not be what you’re saying) is something they need to witness. They need to see how mature adults have and resolve conflict if they ever hope to do it themselves.
