I started programming around 2009, writing small scripts in Lua when I was just 12.
A year later, I was already building my first PHP websites for local businesses.
Looking back now, it gets a bit emotional - I literally grew up alongside the internet. I was curious about everything: programming, sysadmin stuff, security, whitehat, even early AI. I still remember experimenting with TensorFlow when barely anyone was talking about ML yet.
Do I regret anything?
Yeah - not sharing any of it online.
I was building, learning, creating but never posting. Maybe I could've inspired someone, or who knows - ended up working with @sama, @elonmusk or @DarioAmodei.
But hey, the passion never left.
There's still time and I'm still coding.
Been working on a useful LiteTMS update: open an unassigned order, rank nearby vehicles, check schedule conflicts and surrounding jobs, then assign the crew without leaving the calendar.
Pojazd, kierowcę i naczepę przypisujesz bez zmiany ekranu. #TMS
Small update from my work on @LiteTMS: we rebuilt the sidebar so each user can reorder items, hide what they do not use, and group modules with custom separators. A quieter interface, shaped around the job instead of the full feature list.
#TMS#transport
Working on record navigation in @LiteTMS. Employee, vehicle, trailer and contractor pages can get long, so each has a section menu that jumps straight to documents, maintenance, equipment or contacts. A small UI detail that matters when the phone is ringing.
System może mieć wszystkie dane i nadal zmuszać do szukania. Dlatego karty pracowników, pojazdów, naczep i kontrahentów w @LiteTMS mają boczne zakładki.
Shipped one-tap stop statuses in the LiteTMS driver app. Favorite detail: a status tapped offline queues on the phone and the tile locks, so no signal never means a double-send. Small thing, but it's the difference between a timeline you trust and one you don't.

"Gdzie jesteś? Rozładowany?" Ten telefon w transporcie dzwoni dziesięć razy dziennie.
W LiteTMS kierowca odklikuje status jednym dotknięciem, nawet bez zasięgu. Zlecenie w biurze aktualizuje się samo, z godziną.
Shipped this week in LiteTMS: per-stop tasks in the driver app.
Dispatcher pins "take photos" or "collect signature" to any stop. Driver gets it on their phone at that exact point, snaps the photos, the receiver signs on screen. It all lands on the order in the office seconds later. Works offline too.
Small feature. Kills a whole category of he-said-she-said cargo disputes.
Spór o uszkodzony towar to prawie zawsze słowo przeciwko słowu.
W LiteTMS kierowca dostaje przy punkcie zadanie: zdjęcia i podpis odbiorcy, prosto z telefonu. Dowody wpadają do zlecenia, zanim auto odjedzie z rampy.
Koniec z „a miał pan to sfotografować".
Shipped an orders calendar for LiteTMS this week. Every truck gets a row, every load gets a bar on the timeline, and clicking one opens a map with the route drawn and the truck's live position. Funny how the gaps between bars turned out to matter as much as the bars
Planowanie tygodnia bez arkusza obok. #TMS
One of the things I’ve been working on in liteTMS: the route planned by the dispatcher now goes straight to the driver app.
The driver sees the exact same route and can navigate from there. The plan finally makes it all the way to the cab.
Jeden plan, widoczny w biurze i w kabinie. Tak łączymy planowanie z drogą.

Working on multilingual chat in LiteTMS. Drivers and dispatchers can write or record a message in their own language. Voice notes are transcribed, everything is translated into their preferred languages, and the original audio stays available. This one feels genuinely useful.

Quick summary of what happened during AWTF in Japan:
- OpenAI crushed humans in both Heuristic and Algorithm categories. Heuristic is the one where I won in 2025 and OpenAI placed 2nd
- AWTF is pretty much the highest level competitive programming contest: invited finalists in both categories are among the best people in the world; this is essentially the first time AI won vs humans in a programming competition in such a decisive matter
- big change compared to 2025 is that AI was constantly progressing and didn't get stuck / plateau at any point
- System used for Algorithm is mostly just custom harness + model very close to gpt 5.6; my educated guess is that system used for Heuristic is a custom "autoresearch" harness with a swarm of cooperating agents and a massive inference cost
- OpenAI was sure that they will win Algorithm and were very confident that they will win Heuristic; they did a lot of backtesting on old contests and they would win all of them in their simulations
- imho heuristic problems are a great proxy for ML autoresearch capabilities; if AI was able to match best humans here, we're very close to RSI / automated researcher; this result is way bigger than a high score on some questionable benchmark
When I get some rest, I'll try to post more thoughts about the whole thing.
Thanks for following the coverage. I believe I tweeted more in those few days than I did in the first half of 2026. And I'm not even counting the 10 hour long livestream.
Oh and technically speaking, I didn't participate so I'm still undefeated and I'll gladly keep "Humanity's Last Programmer" in my bio.
Small quality-of-life thing in LiteTMS I keep enjoying. A driver forgot his payment card PIN today. I was in the geofencing tab, hit Cmd+K, typed "e:jakub", Enter, picked Cards from the quick menu, copied the PIN. Read it out over the phone and back to work. Little things add up.
Kierowca dzwoni: zapomniał PIN-u do karty płatniczej. W LiteTMS to kilka sekund. Ctrl+K, parę liter imienia, Enter, zakładka Karty, kopiuj. I dyktujesz przez telefon albo ślesz SMS. Film niżej.
Shipped this week in @LiteTMS: an interactive order timeline. Dispatchers scrub a slider and replay the truck's whole run: the exact path, every stop, every slowdown. Eight years of building transport software taught me dispatchers don't want more data. They want answers faster.
shipped this today: a module builder for our LiteTMS where you just describe what you need in plain language and the AI drafts the whole layout for you.
type "crash report log with severity, other party and police case number" and it comes back as a real, editable module inside the app. no schema migration, no deploy, you tweak the fields and it's live.
also wired up ready-made templates and a native-module marketplace as fallbacks for people who don't want to prompt from scratch.
Spent today wiring the map to the stop list in LiteTMS, both directions.
Click a numbered tile above the map, the side list scrolls straight to that stop. Hover a pin on the map, the panel centers on it. Sounds tiny. But on a route with a dozen drop-offs, the endless up-and-down scrolling was quietly eating minutes every single time.
The view follows your eyes now. Short clip below.
Been heads-down on the 3D load planner in LiteTMS. You pick your setup - vehicle, trailer, sea or air container. start from a preset, then drag boxes around and a live axle-load readout updates as you go. Early access, still refining it, but the first feedback's been genuinely encouraging. More soon.

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.
