One week back in the office and our @prestonlabour council has:

✅️Reopened the tram bridge with 5000 local residents in attendence.
✅️Helped secure £8m to redevelop the Park Hotel - out of use since 2011.
✅️Doubled funding for local community events.
✅️Been kindly acknowledged by Marie Curie for removing Council Tax for terminally ill residents.
✅️Welcomed Preston's Elevate Protection Services, as a real living wage employer, bucking the trend in a traditionally low paid sector.

Over the coming weeks and months the pace of change will deepen with further major projects in the pipeline. #PrestonModel

Busy morning in the Deepdale Ward carried out case work with places for people. Also it’s taken nearly 18months and numerous email’s finally LCC have put up the bollards up on Holmrook Road. #Preston Labour at its best.🌺
