Islamic Erotology 101: The Superiority of Female Pleasure Over Male Pleasure
"A man should respect his wife's right for intimacy as it will help preserve her religion. If he notices that she seeks intimacy, such as: if she beautifies or perfumes [herself]. he should go to her and please her. In most cases, women do not ask for intimacy due to shyness, even though female desire is more intense than male desire.
Intimacy occupies a great and noble place in the hearts of women. It flutters in their bosoms, strengths their bodies, is embedded in their hearts and is the speech of their souls. Even though men differ in desire and pleasure, men have a small portion of this. For the superiority of sexual pleasure belongs to women and not men. Of this particular point, the Prophet [Muhammad} is reported to have said, "Women have nine-tenths of desire and men have only one-tenth."
And in another tradition, the Prophet said, "Women are favoured over men by ninety-nine parts of pleasure, but God placed greater modesty/[self-restraint] in women.""
