خاکسار کو یہ بات روز اوّل سے معلوم تھی کہ مارگلہ ہلز اسلام آباد سے مونال ریسٹورنٹ ختم کرنے کا سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ نہ صرف غلط تھا بلکہ انتہا درجے کی زیادتی بھی تھی- آج آئینی عدالت کی طرف سے سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے کو غلط ��رار دیئے جانے نے اس ناچیز کے موقف کو درست ثابت کیا-

قا��ی فائز عیسیٰ صاحب کے اس غلط فیصلے نے میری نظروں میں انکی قدر و منزلت کو ختم کر دیا اور مونال ختم کرنے کے انکے فیصلے کے بعد سے میں نے کبھی قاضی صاحب کی تعریف میں کوئی پوسٹ نہیں لگائی-

مونال ریسٹورنٹ نہ صرف پاکستان ایک کامیاب ترین بزنس تھا بلکہ اسلام آباد کا آئیکن بھی تھا جسکی شہرت دنیا بھر میں قائم ٹاپ ٹین بہترین ریسٹورنٹس میں ہوتی تھی- اسلام آباد آنے والا ہر سیاح وہاں ضرور جاتا تھا اور ہم اسلام آباد کے باسی اپنے دوستوں اور عزیزوں کو وہاں لیجانے میں اچھا محسوس کرتے تھے-

راقم نے سپریم کورٹ کے اس غیر قانونی فیصلے کے خلاف لکھتے ہوۓ مارگلہ ہلز کے دامن میں قائم غیر قانونی سیکٹر C-12 کے بننے پر بھی سوال اٹھایا تھا لیکن ارباب اقتدار, ارباب اختیار اور ارباب انصاف کے کانوں پر کوئی جوں تک نہیں رینگی-

ایک چیف جسٹس نے اپنی نگرانی میں نسلہ ٹاور گرایا دوسرے نے بھی اپنی نگرانی میں مونال کو منہدم کروایا، آئینی عدالت نے فیصلے تو واپس لینے کا حکم دے دیا لیکن کیا کوئی جسٹس ر قاضی فائز عیسی اور جسٹس ر گلزار کا احتساب بھی کرے گا جو ظلم ان دونوں نے پرسنل سکور سیٹل کرنے کیلئے کئے؟
افسوس ہماری عدلیہ نے انصاف کے علاوہ ہر وہ کام کیا جو انکے کرنے کا نہیں تھا۔

عدالت نے سی ڈی اے اور میٹرو پولیٹن سٹی کی اپیلیں منظور کرتے ہوئے حکم امتناع بھی ختم کردیا۔

Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED. Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.

The official signing ceremony will be on Friday, 19 June in Switzerland.

We would like to thank the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their commitment to finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our brothers in this mediation effort, the great leadership of State of Qatar, for their support in reaching this agreement. I would also especially thank the visionary leadership of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Republic of Türkiye for their immense contributions in this regard.

With the agreement now in place, mediators will facilitate a series of meetings this week. These pre-implementation discussions will lay the foundation for the technical talks and the official signing ceremony.
