Avoid LouisStitch. My experience with their return/refund process has been terrible. They kept pushing exchanges instead of resolving my refund request despite their own policy mentioning return options. The whole experience felt like a scam. Buyers, be careful.

@OlaElectric promised delivery on 12 July. It is now 31 July, no delivery, no confirmed location and no meaningful response. Meanwhile, my insurance validity is already being consumed.

@OlaEV_Support This is the same copy-pasted reply you sent me on 26 June. It is now 14 July, the promised delivery date of 12 July has passed, and the scooter has still not reached the store, while my insurance is already active.

Stop sending scripted replies. Provide the scooter’s exact location, dispatch details and a confirmed delivery date today. Also compensate me for the insurance period lost before delivery.

@OlaElectric This is unacceptable. I have NOT received my scooty yet, but insurance is already issued. How is this possible? On checking the policy, fire/self-ignition while charging is not covered. This feels like mis-selling. Resolve immediately.
