A decision on #Article6 , a clause of the #ParisAgreement meant to create an international carbon market was taken yesterday.

Presidency drew up standards for how to trade carbon credits and forged consensus on it. These included prescriptions against using indigenous people’s land without their consent, and a mechanism to use some of the proceeds to fund #ClimateAdaptation.
