The reason behind our actions regarding the current situation is simple: our primary targets were to request an official and explicit statement from GMM TV acknowledging the use of Myanmar’s traditional culture, and to receive full on-screen credit within the series stating that it features traditional Myanmar culture.

Although GMMTV issued a statement, it was not the clear and explicit document we had hoped for; instead, they merely stated that elements were taken from various different countries. Consequently, all Myanmar Fan Pages issued lengthy statements, launched trending campaigns, and focused specifically on the series' content and our targeted demands. However, various unrelated and undesirable issues have been dragged into the mix by individuals posing as fandom members or fans. Therefore, after discussions among all Myanmar FC Admins and the Myanmar Fandom, we are issuing this notice.

Since we do not wish to engage in conflicts with the international fandom, including Thai fans, those who wish for the series to be taken down, canceled, or who want Myanmar cultural elements removed and prohibited from being filmed are free to act according to their own personal wishes and discretion.

We will inform the international audience that only the points detailed in the official Statement represent the collective stance of the entire Myanmar Fandom. We would also like to clarify that any issues outside of these points are entirely unrelated to us.

Since the beginning of this issue, all Myanmar FC Admins and the Myanmar Fandom have not taken things lightly or casually; each of us has been contributing to the best of our abilities and knowledge from our respective positions. Hence, expressing the unified stance of all FCs is also a proactive measure to avoid any potential repercussions that might affect us.
