True. When I owned a bakery we had 14 employees. We would get a call monthly from BLS to ask the same 3-4 questions.
I can't tell you how many times I was too busy to talk at that moment and asked them to call back or allow me to input the data online. Neither were an option. I'm assuming they just "guesstimated" those months.
