زکیه عادلی، پژوهشگر و معین پیشین وزارت عدلیه، در نشست «مسیر پیش‌روی افغانستان» در حاشیه مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل در نیویارک گفت در شرایطی که کانال‌های رسمی دیپلماتیک مسدود است، «دیپلماسی مسیر دوم» می‌تواند یک «بدیل موثر» باشد.

او گفت دانشگاهیان و متخصصان افغان باید از بازیگران اصلی چنین تلاش‌هایی باشند.
