REJECTED AGAIN ... The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (Cran) has rejected a request by Starlink Internet Services Namibia Pty Ltd to reconsider its licence to operate in Namibia. Cran chief executive Emilia Nghikembua said this in Windhoek on Monday, adding that the application was submitted after the legal deadline.
