@BrigadeGroup@bbmpcommr chasing brigade group to remove start dogs from Brigade Eldorado but no action has been taken. Dogs becoming aggressive, chasing elderly, kids and now adults as well. Pls take action before it results in casualties. Will lodge a formal police complaint
@BrigadeGroup I did reach out to your estate management team, had raised a ticket in this regard but was closed without any action.
Today I saw 3 stray dogs outside the K Block and 1 stray dog inside the basement parking lot. No action would ultimately lead dogs to the floors.

Informed by service head Hemanth Kumar G,MG approved certain parts,that’r unavailable. Expect in 3-4 days. Will drive the car with dysfunctional camera. MG doesn’t have basic parts in place. Super frustrating service. 4th day wasted at MG service. Wonder if someone is listening.

@MGSupportIndia Can someone senior or responsible person from MG Motors call me and stop taking customers for granted. 3 days wasted with MG…waste of time, an expenses, harassment and still no solution.
I’m struggling to get the car in perfect condition.
@MGSupportIndia Was told problem is rectified as there was a tripping issue and wiring changed in both OVRM’s. Went for a test drive and while take a reverse the problem occurs again in less than 10 mins. Is someone seriously working on resolution. Absolute disaster of a service MG Motors.
@MGSupportIndia I have handed my MG Hector once again to your team and MG Motors Service Centre at MVIT Bangalore.
4 visits in less than 30 days and 3 visits in 4 days, 27/02, 02/03 and 03/03.
Had spent huge money on cabs, water time on travel and still no solution. Terrible MG Motors India.
@MGSupportIndia No one called. collected the car y’day without solution as your team couldn’t identify the problem. Camera blackout happened again today and it’s not working. Video attached. Don’t sell a tech enabled car if you’re not capable of handling issues.
