Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today reviewed the employee-centric financial and social security benefits arising from the implementation of the Four New Labour Codes for private-sector workers in Jammu & Kashmir.

The meeting assessed measures to strengthen wage protection, social security, retirement benefits and financial entitlements, while simplifying compliance for employers.

The Chief Secretary stressed that the new framework should promote a more equitable, transparent and financially secure employment ecosystem for workers in J&K.
