@Instacart (4) Even worse, after a driver didn't deliver and canceled my order, which was not professional and rude. @Instacart emailed me to tell me, ok, you should be grateful that we didn't charge you for a late cancellation fee?

@Instacart (3) Some drivers are worse. They just call me and if no response or if I say no to meeting them at the parking lot, they just cancel my order immediately. (WTF should I pick up your call? I choose to spend money to save time. Just deliver and I pay you the delivery fee and tips)

(1) I have ordered a lot from @Instacart and most of the drivers are nice and deliver to my apartment door without any issues. (2) Some drivers are so lazy that they leave my stuff in the lobby, which is ok, I can go downstairs to pick it up.
