North Hobart ground size and surface not up to AFL standard.
Haven’t been there but Twin Ovals have been suggested.

If the new interpretation to head high tackles is that it’s not a free kick if the ”tacklee” contributes to the illegal tackle, then the same interpretation must apply if a player puts themselves in a position to be pushed in the back, held without the ball etc etc.
