Recent life transitions (moving states, aging out of school systems).

@MrAndyNgo It’s a proven fact that ice has detained a lot of verified US citizens. Them posted a voter polls doesn’t imply illegals are voting, but they can just profile people to disrupt their ability to vote. Even if they just harass people there, less people are likely to go vote.
