Never using @vrbo again. Do better. @ExpediaGroup . We had to book a hotel @MarriottBonvoy thankfully we have a place to stay. Steer clear from @vrbo and use @Airbnb instead, or just use hotels.

I am never using @vrbo again. This AirBnB alternative doesn’t vet their hosts and doesn’t want to create a safe space for travelers using their platform. My host used a different address than the actual property AND we were served an eviction notice from her landlord.

My girlfriend and I were extremely upset and distraught by this situation and we felt it was very unsafe and unsettling. We were barely given any communication by the host and it was extremely sketchy. Not only that… but the so-called 24/7 help-line is useless! It was closed!
