Stop giving scripted replies! The product has a manufacturing defect and failed twice. Under Consumer Protection laws, the customer is entitled to a full refund for a faulty product Process the refund for immediately or we will take legal action in Consumer Forum

@BoschHomeIn Extremely disappointed. My product is failing for the 2nd time even after a part replacement. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I don't want any more repairs or replacements. I want a FULL REFUND of my money. Please resolve this urgently. Complaint No6670187983
