Morning @rrainfo @Rwandapolice sold a motorcycle to someone, and he has already paid me. However, the problem is that whenever I ask him to complete the ownership transfer (mutation), he does not respond.

I am the one currently paying the taxes to avoid penalties.
I also attempted to submit a request (research warrant) through RRA, but I have not received any response.
What should I do to resolve this issue?

I even tried sending him a message informing him that if he does not complete the transfer, I will report the matter to the authorities, but he still ignores me.
The issue is that the motorcycle is still registered in my name, and the taxes are not being paid.

@rrainfo ood afternoon. How long does it take for RRA to issue a searching warrant for a motorcycle? I applied for it, and an RRA officer told me that you only get it if the vehicle has a tax debt, which is indeed the case. I requested the document, but I haven’t received it yet,
