شماری از زنان معترض، فعالان مدنی و مدافعان حقوق بشر افغانستان در دوبلین، ایرلند، علیه فرمان‌های اخیر طالبان گردهم آمدند.

آنان سیاست‌های طالبان در زمینه تسهیل و به‌رسمیت‌��ناختن ازدواج دختران زیر سن را نقض آشکار حقوق کودکان و زنان دانستند و محکوم کردند.

معترضان گفتند این سیاست‌ها آینده هزاران دختر افغان را با تهدید جدی روبه‌رو می‌کند و فرصت آموزش، رشد و مشارکت اجتماعی را از آنان می‌گیرد.

آنان از سازمان ملل، نهادهای حقوق بشری و مدافعان حقوق زنان و کودکان خواستند از زنان و دختران افغانستان در برابر سیاست‌های طالبان حمایت جدی کنند.

The Guardian has reported that a recent meeting between European Union officials and a Taliban delegation in Brussels to discuss the return of Afghan migrants has sparked widespread anger among Afghan women and human rights activists.

The newspaper wrote on Thursday (25 June) that a number of Afghan women described the meeting as “a slap in the face of Afghan women”. According to them, by seating Taliban representatives at the negotiating table, Europe is giving legitimacy to a group that has deprived women of their most basic rights.

The report said Afghan women view the move as Europe’s disregard for their five years of suffering. They say that by holding talks with the Taliban, the European Union is ignoring the deprivation of Afghan women from their most basic rights.

روزنامه گاردین گزارش داده است ک�� دیدار اخیر مقام‌های اتحادیه اروپا با هیأت طالبان در بروکسل برای گفت‌وگو درباره بازگرداندن مهاجران افغان، با خشم گسترده زنان افغانستان و فعالان حقوق بشر روبه‌رو شده است.

این روزنامه روز پنج‌شنبه (4 سرطان) نوشته است که شماری از زنان افغان این نشست را «سیلی بر صورت زنان افغانستان» خوانده‌اند. به گفته آنان، اروپا با نشاندن نمایندگان طالبان پشت میز گفت‌وگو، به گروهی مشروعیت می‌دهد که زنان را از ابتدایی‌ترین حقوق خود محروم کرده است.

در گزارش آمده است که زنان افغان این اقدام را بی‌اعتنایی اروپا به رنج پنج‌ساله خود می‌دانند. آنان می‌گویند اتحادیه اروپا با گفت‌وگو با طالبان، محرومیت زنان افغانستان از ابتدایی‌ترین حقوق‌شان را نادیده گرفته است.

A number of European lawmakers, former members of Afghanistan’s parliament and human rights activists have called on the European Union to refrain from inviting Taliban representatives to Brussels and from any official hosting of the group.

In an open letter to the European Commission, the European External Action Service and EU member states, they expressed concern over talks with the Taliban on migration and the deportation of Afghan migrants.

The signatories said such meetings, even if described as “technical”, could give the Taliban political legitimacy and send a message of normalising relations with the group.

Hannah Neumann, a member of the European Parliament from Germany, published the letter on X on Tuesday (23 June) and said, “Every invitation, every visa and every official meeting carries a political message.”

شماری از قانون‌گذاران اروپایی، نمایندگان پیشین پارلمان افغانستان و فعالان حقوق بشر از اتحادیه اروپا خواسته‌اند از دعوت نمایندگان طالبان به بروکسل و هرگونه میزبانی رسمی از این گروه خودداری کند.

آنان در یک نامه سرگشاده به کمیسیون اروپا، سرویس اقدام خارجی اتحادیه اروپا و کشورهای عضو این اتحادیه، درباره گفت‌وگو با طالبان در زمینه مهاجرت و اخراج مهاجران افغان ابراز نگرانی کرده‌اند.

امضاکنندگان گفته‌اند چنین نشست‌هایی، حتی اگر «فنی» خوانده شود، می‌تواند به طالبان مشروعیت سیاسی بدهد و پیام عادی‌سازی روابط با این گروه را منتقل کند.

هانا نیومن، عضو پارلمان اروپا از آلمان، روز سه‌شنبه (2 سرطان) با نشر این نامه در شبکه ایکس گفته است: «هر دعوت‌نامه، هر ویزه و هر نشست رسمی یک پیام سیاسی دارد.»

ریچارد بنت، گزارشگر ویژه حقوق بشر سازمان ملل برای افغانستان، از اتحادیه اروپا و کشورهای عضو آن خواسته است افغان‌ها را به جایی که برای آنان خطرناک است، بازنگردانند.

بنت روز سه‌شنبه (2 سرطان) در صفحه ایکس خود در واکنش به دعوت هیأتی از طالبان به بروکسل گفته است که اصل عدم بازگرداندن اجباری «مطلق» و «غیرقابل تعلیق» است و هیچ استثنایی در آن مجاز نیست.

این واکنش پس از آن مطرح شد که اتحادیه اروپا هیأتی از طالبان را برای گفت‌وگو درباره بازگرداندن شماری از پناه‌جویان افغان به بروکسل دعوت کرد.

Richard Bennett, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on human rights in Afghanistan, has called on the European Union and its member states not to return Afghans to places where they face danger.

Bennett said on Tuesday (23 June) on his X account, in response to the invitation of a Taliban delegation to Brussels, that the principle of non-refoulement is “absolute” and “non-derogable” and that no exceptions are permitted.

The reaction came after the European Union invited a Taliban delegation to Brussels for talks on the return of a number of Afghan asylum seekers.

Bibi Gul, a 17 year old mother in Herat, gave birth to her first child under a tent, without access to a doctor or a midwife.

After the birth, her bleeding became severe and led her family to make a dangerous decision.

Bibi Gul’s mother-in-law says:
“Out of desperation, we gave her raw liver. They said it would stop the bleeding. Not only has she not recovered, but her illness has become worse.”

طالبان پس از اعتراضات باشندگان هرات، کودکان را مقابل دوربین آوردند.

آژانس خبری باختر، رسانه تحت کنترل طالبان، با نشر این ویدیو مدعی شده است که زنان و دختران از چادری و پوشش مورد نظر این گروه حمایت می‌کنند.

این در حالی است که طالبان پیش‌تر در هرات نشر تصویر زنده‌جان را ممنوع کرده بودند؛ اما پس از اعتراض باشندگان جبرئیل، تصویر کودکان را در رسانه تحت کنترل خود منتشر کردند.

Local sources in Herat say the Taliban have arrested four people accused of taking part in recent protests in the province.

Sources said on Friday (12 June) that the individuals were arrested by Taliban forces following public protests in Herat. According to sources, a teenager was also injured after Taliban forces opened fire.

The arrests come as residents of the Jebrael area of Herat took to the streets on Tuesday (9 June) to protest the detention of women and girls by the Taliban over their clothing.

Earlier, UNAMA had expressed concern over the detention of at least 30 women in Herat and the excessive use of force by Taliban forces against protesters. Human Rights Watch also said that Taliban forces opened fire on protesters during the suppression of the Herat protest, killing one child, injuring several people and detaining others.

منابع محلی در هرات می‌گویند طالبان چهار نفر را به اتهام شرکت در اعتراضات اخیر این ولایت بازداشت کرده‌اند.

منابع روز جمعه (22 جوزا) گفتند که این افراد پس از اعتراضات مردمی در هرات از سوی نیروهای طالبان بازداشت شده‌اند. به گفته منابع، در پی تیراندازی نیروهای طالبان، یک نوجوان نیز زخمی شده است.

این بازداشت‌ها در حالی صورت گرفته است که باشندگان منطقه جبرئیل هرات روز سه‌شنبه (19 جوزا) در اعتراض به بازداشت زنان و دختران از سوی طالبان به دلیل نوع پوشش، به خیابان آمدند.

پیش از این، یوناما از بازداشت دست‌کم 30 زن در هرات و استفاده بیش از حد زور توسط نیروهای طالبان علیه معترضان ابراز نگرانی کرده بود. دیده‌بان حقوق بشر نیز گفته است که نیروهای طالبان در جریان سرکوب اعتراض هرات به سوی معترضان شلیک کرده‌اند که در نتیجه آن یک کودک کشته، شماری زخمی و شماری دیگر بازداشت شده‌اند.

معترضان در هرات می‌گویند نه خواستار امتیاز ویژه‌ای بودند و نه شعار سیاسی سر دادند؛ آنان تنها سه واژه را ف��یاد زدند: «کار، تحصیل و آزادی». اما طالبان همین خواست ساده را نیز تحمل نتوانستند و با فیر تفنگ و لت‌وکوب پاسخ دادند.

نازیه، یکی از شرکت‌کنندگان این تجمع، به زن‌نیوز می‌گوید:
«یک طالب به من گفت: “تو دختر هستی و حجاب نمی‌خواهی؟” بعد با قنداق تفنگ به سرم زد. تا خانه ��فتم، خون زیادی از سرم رفت.»

Protesters in Herat say they were neither seeking special privileges nor chanting political slogans. They shouted only three words: “work, education and freedom”. But the Taliban could not tolerate even this simple demand and responded with gunfire and beatings.

Nazia, one of the participants in the gathering, told Zan News:

“A Taliban fighter said to me, ‘You are a girl and you do not want hijab?’ Then he struck me on the head with the butt of his rifle. By the time I reached home, I had lost a lot of blood from my head.”

خدیجه، 13 ساله از ولایت نیمروز، در گفت‌وگو با زن‌نیوز از زندگی مشترکش روایت می‌کند؛ در حالی که خودش تا هنوز معنای ازدواج را به‌درستی نمی‌داند.

Khadija, a 13-year-old from Nimroz province, spoke to Zan News about her married life, even though she still does not fully understand what marriage means.

“I heard that I was given to a Taliban member in exchange for 50 kilograms of opium,” she says.

“I did not understand any of it. I only knew that I could no longer go to school or return to my own home. I no longer have my old life.”

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has confirmed that one person was killed during the Taliban’s suppression of protests in the Jebrael area of Herat. The mission said it is also reviewing reports of a second death linked to the incident.

In a statement issued on Wednesday (10 June), UNAMA expressed concern over the detention of at least 30 women in Herat city. The mission also said it is concerned about the excessive use of force by Taliban security personnel against protesters in Jebrael.

According to the statement, Taliban morality officials and police detained women in Herat on 6 and 7 June, apparently for failing to comply with the group’s dress requirements.

UNAMA added that dozens of other women received warnings by telephone.

The list, titled TIME100 Sports 2026, was published on Tuesday (9 June). TIME described Popal as one of the leading figures in Afghan women’s football and a prominent advocate for the participation of Afghan women in sport.
