@HondaCarIndia Disappointed with @HondaCarIndia customer care. Queries raised during my Honda City purchase remain unanswered, and the dealer’s staff showed zero unprofessional behaviour. If customer issues can’t be resolved, what’s the point of customer care?
@HondaCarIndia My issue is still not resolved. Is there any TAT for issuing the Extended Warranty Certificate of my vehicle? It has been pending since 31 March 2026.
Neither have I received the certificate nor any clear update on the status.

Complaint: Regarding their unprofessional Behaviour and Charged excess amount of Rs. 5000 during purchase of Honda City V CVT. Communicated over email also to Honda Customer Care but no revert received.
