@CJP_Libra @bestosbest29 @gfriendoutdid @bibivtuber it's not intuitive but vortex is still "triggered" by velina even though the 2nd anom is literally proccing it, that's why dmg splits always look so insanely skewed towards velina
so the passive doesn't even work if you don't put it on velina
